Some stories can’t stay hidden.
We’re launching a 3-week fundraising campaign to raise $25,000 to support the next phase of the travel show of HIDDEN, our one-hour musical based on the true story of Ruth Kapp Hartz, who was a “hidden child” as a young Jewish girl in France during World War II.
Performed by seven actors with live music, video, and a portable set, HIDDEN brings history to life in a powerful, human way. We share this work in schools, colleges and universities, synagogues and churches, senior centers, performing venues, and community spaces, reaching audiences ages 10 and up.
Why does this matter now?
Because HIDDEN doesn’t just tell a story about the past—it helps audiences understand what happens when intolerance goes unchecked. Theatre reaches people in a way headlines can’t. It opens hearts, sparks conversation, and stays with us.
Your support helps make this possible.
We are raising funds to:
- Subsidize performances so cost is not a barrier
- Invest in portable LED lighting and visual equipment
- Support the artists, technicians, director, and rehearsal space that make this work possible
Every gift helps us bring HIDDEN to more communities—and ensures this story is shared with the care, quality, and impact it deserves.
Please consider making a donation today and help bring HIDDEN to light. The campaign runs through February 19th. The link to the donation page is: https://fundraising.fracturedatlas.org/hidden-the-musical/campaigns/b3dbd7cf-50d4-4573-8064-7a1dd0a669ca
Thank you for believing in the power of storytelling, memory, and live performance. We’re so grateful to have you with us. All donations through Fractured Atlas are tax deductible.
With appreciation,
